Terms and conditions

1. Using Keep Reminded

Keep Reminded is a reminder and organization tool for tracking things that expire or renew — subscriptions, domains, appointments, documents, and similar. By creating an account, you agree to use it for that purpose and not to misuse the service (for example, attempting to access another user's account or disrupting the service for others).

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Keep Reminded computes reminder statuses and due dates from the information you provide — it can only remind you about dates you've told it about.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Danger zone. This permanently removes your reminders, attachments, and account data.

3. Your content

Anything you add to Keep Reminded — reminder details, notes, uploaded attachments — belongs to you. We store it to run the service for you and don't claim ownership over it. You can export or delete it at any time.

4. Reminders aren't a guarantee

Keep Reminded is built to reduce the chance of missing a renewal, not to eliminate it. Notification delivery depends on things outside our control — your browser, device, or notification settings. Keep Reminded isn't a substitute for your own judgment on anything with real financial, legal, or medical consequences (a passport renewal, an insurance deadline, a medical appointment).

5. Pricing

Keep Reminded's core reminder features are free, with no reminder or attachment caps. If paid plans are introduced in the future, existing free functionality won't be taken away and pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Keep Reminded changes. If we make a material change, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
